Welcome, squatter! I’m so excited to help you gain confidence under the bar and get you strong AF. This is a 5 week program that I’ve carefully designed to give you strength gains and get you ready to move on to the next level for even more gains. Note, this program CAN be run again with your new #s after completing it the first time. If you’re a beginner, or someone who wants to start building and focusing on squatting, the more volume, the better. More muscle = more strength. You need to practice the technique of the squat as much as possible and properly go through the movement patterns over and over again. Film yourself. Stay tight. Form is key. Reps that are done properly are more important than adding 5 lbs to the bar. The better you get at this, the more weight will be added to the bar. Your body will adapt quickly if you ask it to. We are going to be training a little heavier each session. Volume will be king in this program and I also have you strengthening your hamstrings in your work. Ready to do this? Let’s squat.
